Land Conversion — Application

Application for conversion of land use within the SSPA is processed under the provisions of the West Bengal Town & Country (Planning & Development) Act, 1979 and the adopted LUDCP.

Process

  1. Submit application with required documents & site plan.
  2. Scrutiny against the LUDCP and zoning regulations.
  3. Site verification by the planning/field wing.
  4. Decision — grant, conditional grant, or refusal.
  5. Issue of conversion order & updated land-use record.
